We run session for both adults & children aged 12-16.

Weekly Adult Group Sessions
Box Fit
A fun way to burn calories, boost fitness & learn correct boxing technique. Through the use of boxing drills, boxing combinations, cardio & strength exercises you will be trained by Certified Boxing Trainers.

Boot camp is a fun military style program that incorporates both individual & team challenges. Push your way to peak physical fitness using items such as ropes, tyres, water containers & sand bags while also utilising weights & other conventional fitness equipment as well as circuit training.

Kettlebell Slam
Gain strength and reach your fitness goals by pushing yourself to the max in just 30 minutes. Strong power force, boosting strength and cardio levels. Kettlebell Slam is sure to maximise your performance in every area.

Hip Hop
You will feel as though you are in a video clip or dance crew. Hip Hop is influenced by 1970’s moves of popping, locking & breaking. Sessions will allow participants to learn safely choreographed routines which allow them to add their own style.
